· 1-12 pound turkey
· ½ cup apple jelly

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit. Remove the giblets and neck from the turkey and place them on a roasting pan.

- Melt the apple jelly in a small bowl and mix cinnamon and peeper in it. Brush the turkey with apple glaze and boil it 4 inches away from the heating element for about 3 minutes, until it is turned brown.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and allow it to rest for 30 minutes before carving.
