Molho de Pimenta e Limao

Makes: about 1 cup
Ingredients:
4 Bottled Tabasco Peppers (drained and finely chopped)
1 cup Onions (finely chopped)
1/4 tspn. Garlic (finely chopped)
1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
Procedures:
In a small bowl, combine the peppers, onions, garlic and lemon juice, and stir until they are well mixed. Marinate, uncovered, at room temperature for an hour before serving, or refrigerate, covered, for as long as 4 hours.
