There are tons of essential recipes in those cookbooks and I can't thank my buddy enough for recommending it to me. I feel pretty happy about it so I'm going to share with you one of my favorite high-protein Paleo diet for athletes recipes.
Power Recipe (1) – Lean Turkey Breast Roasted with Herbs
Ingredients:
4 Pounds of lean turkey breast
(Herbs mixture)
1 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon finely sliced rosemary
1 Teaspoon finely sliced sage
1 Teaspoon finely sliced thyme
5 Cloves garlic (mashed)
1 ½ Tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to about 370 degrees.
Make sure to pat dry the turkey breast after rinsing it.
Place all herbs mixture ingredients in a bowl, mix them well and then rub all over the turkey breast
Now, lay the turkey breast on a roasting pan and proceed to roast for about 50 to 60 minutes.
