Dough for the bun:
1 1/2 cups of ward water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon yeast

1/2 pound thinly sliced cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced ham
1/2 pound thinly sliced turkey
