How To Grill Pork Chops

Pork chops are relatively low in fat and high in protein; they provide for a unbelievably easy delectable meal when cooked carefully. Pork chops can quickly dry out when they are fried or grilled, so if you want to enjoy juicy, tender, and delicious pork chops while reducing the amount of fat in the recipe, you may want to learn ways to bake pork chops. When you bake them you can prevent using side fat that would normally be needed for different cooking methods.
When cooking pork chops its recomended to select your meat carefully; to lower the amount of fat in your meal, choose pork chops that are boneless. You must look for chops with a little bit of fat in an effort to keep the meat from drying out. A coating mix is the ideal choice for baked pork chops and can be ready bought or prepared at home in a variety of ways.

One homemade mix is crushed croutons or seasoned bread crumbs. Stuffing mix can also be used. Blend the crumbs and selected spices then dip each pork chop in a mixture of egg and milk. Allow excess to drip off ahead of putting the pork chops into a large plastic bag. Shake each pork chop in the bag until it is completely covered with the mixture. Remove each pork chop with a set of tongs, placing them on a non-stick baking pan or one that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Be sure that the pork chops are not touching each other.

As soon as all the pork chops are coated, put the baking sheet in an oven that's been preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the baking sheet in an oven and bake the pork chops for approximately 35 minutes, based on the thickness. You will realize they are ready at the time they are golden brown in color. Remove the pan from the oven. Before serving, cover the baking pan loosely with foil, allowing them to rest for 3 to 5 minutes for tender and juicy pork chops.
