Tasty Salmon Recipe

This is a tasty salmon recipe for all the gourmet lovers out there. I think you will like this.

Recipe for 4 servings
4 pieces of salmon - 140g per piece.
4pinches salt and two pinches white pepper
2 table spoon olive oil

Whitewine sauce:
2table spoon butter
2 scharlotten onions
1 table spoon flour
1 deciliter whitewine/water with two tablespoon whitewine vinegar
1 fishbuillon dice
1 deciliter milk
2 deciliter cream
Vegetablesticks "julienne" (you simply cut a vegetable into pieces with a size similar to that of a match)
2 big carrots
1/2 leek (leeks?)
1/2 celeriac

To this you could eat cooked or pressed potato, mashed potatoes or rice.

This is how you do it:
Turn on the oven on 200 Celsius. The salmon will be finished in a short while so start with the accessories and then the sauce.
Hack the onion. Heat the frying pan. Fry the onion in the butter for about two minutes. Add the flour and stir for a minute. Pour the whitewine, milk, fish buillon and the cream into where the flour is. Let it all cook together for about five minutes. Heat a ovensafe frying pan, salt and pepper the salmon, put in oil and salmon. Fry the salmon on each side for about 3 minutes, then put the frying pan in the oven and fry for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve with the fish on a "bed" of easily cooked vegetable sticks, sauce and whatever else you like. Perhaps custard.
